Lil Mini Pancakes

So who knew that Daddy was such a good pancake maker....while Mommy was out of town, Daddy cooked up a lil batch of mini pancakes for Lil Miss E. She liked playing in the butter, and smushing them with her hands..not many made it to her mouth, but a very nice start to hers and her Daddys day. Mommy was also having pancakes that day with room service...looks like the family was all on the same page, though hundreds of miles apart.

Another Big Week for Lil Miss E

Eden had a very big week...Mommy had to go out of town, but she was certainly not short of attention. Monday night and Tuesday was spent at Nanny's doing the usual, cabinet work, computer work, dominoes, card games, and being the librarian in Nannys office. When Daddy came to pick her up, I think he was shocked at the chaos this lil one creates "at the Nannys", but Nanny wouldnt let him pick anything up, she likes to look at it after Eden leaves to remember all of the fun. Wednesday was a lot of fun too, Mimi and Popi came down and they had a big day, lunch at Mellow Mushroom, and play time in the afternoon. Popi's new book is finished, and we are all very excited about reading it very soon! Lil E will be so proud to have a published author in the family. Wednesday night, Thursday, and Thursday night spent with Aunt Tina, Uncle Andy, and Tybo, dinner at the club, where we heard she charmed all of the guests as usual. Friday, Mommy got home, and she got an afternoon movie with her Auntie and her Mommy, "Confessions of a Shopaholic." By the time she got home, got fed and bathed it was just after 8 and she was tuckered out, as was her Mommy. Lights out for both by 8:30 and slept in her crib until 4:45, Eden that is...joined Mommy in bed for a few more hours and then started her day, hanging around the house with Mommy and Daddy having a lazy day. Oh, and by the way....she took her first steps without support at her Nannys and then at Tina's, but no worries, we got it on video today for all to enjoy...it is true, we have a lil walker now...I am sure next time Mommy goes out of town, she will figure out how to talk in complete sentences, the flip video will definitely be traveling with her on her sleepovers, so I can catch it remote. Also, while in NYC this week, I got Edens Sinse muppet made, the Christmas present from her Daddy, from FAO Schwartz, she loves it, I know he will be teaching her lots of good lessons as she grows up. Luv to you all, and thank you all for taking such care of our baby and loving her as much as you do.

Road Trippin

Another busy week for Miss Eden, spent the night at Nannys for three days, and trashed her house bigtime. Nanny loved it, even though her mommy did her best to clean up after her each evening, only to find the toys and cabinets rummaged through again before 10 am each morn. On Wed, Eden, her mommy, her auntie Tina, and her Nanny went to HHI, and had her first of many to come, lunch at San Miguels. Although still a little soon for chips and salsa, she had her little crunchers and her apple juice, and felt like one of the girls that "do lunch." Lil girl is a fan of eating out, and also graced Outback and the Jones' country club with her presence and wooed many a patron and the waitstaff. Eden also had her followup plastic surgeon appt and the doctor gave her a glowing review, report came back, a cyst that is nothing to worry about and her scar healing great. Other key activities to note, her new addition to bathtime, which she is still trying to figure out..her bubble machine that her Aunt Tina bought her, pictured here. Mimi and Popi got back from Egypt and Eden is looking forward to their return to Charlietown so she can hear all about their adventures. Miss Eden will be ten months old next week, Mommy has to hit the road again for her job, but she will be in good hands, with her daddy, nanny, and her auntie, and her mommy will be missing her llie crazy. Luv luv Edie luv.

Her hands are smaller than mine.....

Lil Eden and her mini me Lil E, hanging out at Nannys. Nanny gave Eden Grace this precious water baby doll for Valentine's day. She looks just like Eden, no hair, big blue eyes and super soft baby skin. She comes with her own little bottle, and the other day, I caught Eden trying to drink out of it, our baby already learning to share...she was a bit confused as to why nothing came out and the nipple was hard, but I think it made a good teether for a minute, and considering our little one is going to have a full set of choppers soon, its a good thing. Last week update, spent two days and two nights at Nanny's, big help to both the Mommys, nice break for me and Nanny(my Mommy, got some much needed Eden time on her own turf. She was a bit tuckered when we left and needed to recoup for a couple of days, but rallied on Friday and the whole gang made it to Tylers ball game, pictured here with yet another animal print outfit and of course her two favorite accessories her Daddy and her binky...Weekend was busy with Tyler spending the night with his cousin on Saturday, so Aunt Tina and Uncle Andy could have a nice night out for their anniversary on Valentines Day. We hope you all had a wonderful "Heart" day as well, love and kisses to you all.

Me and my jumpee seat

Another fun day in the life of Miss Eden Grace. Majority of day was spent with Daddy so Mommy could take conference calls. Rotated between activity center, pac n play, and here is a shot of me in my jumpee seat. Got a couple of small "rat" naps in...and for those of you that don't get that...Miss E was born in the year of the rat, chinese horoscope...so we call her lil naps, rat naps instead of cat naps. She absolutely adores her CD that her dad made while her mom was preggars. All of those friends and families that attended the shower, received a copy of the tunes..she can fall asleep on cue listening to those songs, so for those of you who havent listened yet, we advise, not listening in the car or operating heavy machinery, as your eyes may get heavy. Luv to you all...tomorrow off to "Nanny's" for some much needed quality time, will take some new shots with the latest greatest toys rumor has it, are waiting for her arrival.

A lil chip off the block

So for those of you that are having a flashback.....this is one of Eden's Mommy and Aunt Tina's favorite outfits when they were lil tots. The outfit was made with love by Aunt Kay, and when I look at the pic of Eden, its a cuteness flashback for sure. Unfortunately her feet too big for the white go go boots from days past, but everything else fit to perfection. Eden had her typical week, hanging at home with her Mommy and Daddy, outings to her Aunt Tinas, Uncle Andys, and her cousin Tyler house, Tys Friday night basketball game, again I have to call out our lil MVP, 22 out of the 24 points, he is a sports rock star and Edens fave playa, dinner out at our favorite steak place Neil Jordans, unfortunately a little tired to really enjoy the atmosphere, so waitress rushed our meal, so we could get our lil sweetpea home to bed. Saturday night out with Mommy and Daddy and Ty to Mexican, went much better, she was smiling and flirting with the man and women at the next table, always making new friends..she is a charmer. Sunday was spent for the most part with Daddy, so Mommy could have some Mommy time, running errands and getting a much needed pedicure. We hope all of you had a wonderful week and weekend, and looking forward to seeing what Lil Miss Eden does next....oh...I forgot to mention....6 teeth have broken through, and she is wanting to start walking BIGTIME...crawling everywhere and pulling herself up on EVERYTHING, such an overachiever. LUV TO YOU ALL!

Baby in a basket

Busy weekend for Miss E.  Friday night, basketball game to watch her cousin Ty score big once again, 18 points, and he had the cutest cheerleader in the house.  Then on to a pizza dinner at Mellow Mush with Nanny, Mommy, and Ty Ty.  Saturday it was off to the Jones' for the day, then dressed to the nines in her Burberry outfit to attend an afternoon baby shower for Miss Cher.  She was the only baby in the room, and all of the lil girls couldn't get enough of her.  Back to Aunties for a much needed nap, and then a movie with the gang at the Jones abode.  Sunday was a lay around the house day, while she helped Mommy clean out her closet and fold clothes..or shall I say, play in the basket with toys looking too cute for words while mom folded, and she unfolded.  While Eden was in the basket it made me think about what my mom said Tina and I used to do when we were little, we each had our laundry basket of toys and we would sit in the family room and play for hours, looks like history repeats itself.  Luv to all.
