Another new tradition, gingerbread decorating, Edens chef at her school was selling the real deal kits..the gingerbread and the frosting made from scratch, so it actually tastes yummy, and all of the candies were of course Edens favorite part of the project...and even some made it to the actual house. Close up pics courtesy of her Daddy, with the eye for artistic expression...also the gingerbread peoples expressions were courtesy of Daddy too.
Hope you all enjoyed sweet treats over the holiday, too many for us, so we are all going hardcore dieting after the New Year!
Daddy thought Eden would enjoy her very own tree for her room and for all of her little animal friends. The Light sabre is courtesy of her Aunt Tina, from the Festival of Lights night that the three girls enoyed. Train ride through the lighted forest, toasted marshmellows, and a ride on a carosel, another annual tradition has been cemented.
Eden decorated the tree ALMOST all by herself, needed a little help with the star. Quite some interesting poses in front of the tree...captured for posperity..
Happy Days, home for the holidays...after a couple of months of EVERY week travel for Edens Mommy to Orlando, definitely ready for some downtime at home. Here are some pics as we decorate for the holidays and have Eden pick out her first Christmas tree with her Mommy and Daddy. Boone Hall Plantation had a very nice selection.
We hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Season, out love to you all both close and further away...
Well this years party at Noahs, a lot less eventful, thankfully. Remeber last year at his bday party Miss E broke her arm. So less eventful is good. It was a chilly but fun day at the Sullivans Island Fire House. The kids watched a film on fire safety got to play on a fire truck, then enjoyed some park time, pizze, cake, and finished off with a pinata.
Enjoy some pics from the day! And thank you Auntie Tina for the super cute and warm pink jacket. You are the BESTEST in the world.
Another fun trip to the Carolina Opry with Nanny. Santa was there, and Eden got to sit on his lap and tell him what she wants for Christmas. Nanny was sad cause her favorite Emcee has moved out of state, but the show was still very ggod, and Eden got to go on stage again with the other lil ones and sing a Christmas Carol.
Nanny - I need you to send me those pics via email so I can share on the blog.......
I hope you all enjoy the Holidays, although we wont all be together, you are all always in our hearts.
